Dashboard
Use the Covara dashboard to monitor document activity and start uploads.
The dashboard is the first page inside a team workspace: /{your_org_name}. It gives your team a quick read on document volume, processing activity, recent changes, and usage.
What You Can See
| Area | What it means |
|---|---|
| Document counts | How many policies are active, processing, errored, or in the library overall. |
| Document type distribution | Which policy types your team has uploaded. |
| Year-over-year activity | How document creation compares over time. |
| Recent activity | The latest document updates and processing changes. |
| Usage metrics | Token, extraction, or processing usage that helps explain platform activity. |
Dashboard data is account scoped
Covara loads dashboard analytics for the selected team account. Switch teams from the account selector if you need another workspace.
Start A New Upload
Open the dashboard
Sign in at www.covara.ai, choose your team, and open /{your_org_name}.
Click Upload Document
The dashboard header includes an upload button that sends you to /{your_org_name}/documents/upload.
Choose the right document type
Pick the policy type before you upload. Covara uses this selection to choose the extraction schema and report layout.
