Dashboard

Use the Covara dashboard to monitor document activity and start uploads.

The dashboard is the first page inside a team workspace: /{your_org_name}. It gives your team a quick read on document volume, processing activity, recent changes, and usage.

What You Can See

AreaWhat it means
Document countsHow many policies are active, processing, errored, or in the library overall.
Document type distributionWhich policy types your team has uploaded.
Year-over-year activityHow document creation compares over time.
Recent activityThe latest document updates and processing changes.
Usage metricsToken, extraction, or processing usage that helps explain platform activity.

Dashboard data is account scoped

Covara loads dashboard analytics for the selected team account. Switch teams from the account selector if you need another workspace.

Start A New Upload

Open the dashboard

Sign in at www.covara.ai, choose your team, and open /{your_org_name}.

Click Upload Document

The dashboard header includes an upload button that sends you to /{your_org_name}/documents/upload.

Choose the right document type

Pick the policy type before you upload. Covara uses this selection to choose the extraction schema and report layout.
