Use this page when a document, report, AI answer, comparison, or admin page does not behave as expected.

What To Send Support

When emailing support@covara.ai, include:

  • Your organization slug from /{your_org_name}
  • The document title and policy type
  • The page where the issue happened
  • The action you took
  • The expected result
  • The actual result or error message

For API issues

Include the endpoint name, request ID if you have one, job ID, webhook event, and timestamp. Do not send API secrets.
