Fix common Covara workspace issues before contacting support.
Use this page when a document, report, AI answer, comparison, or admin page does not behave as expected.
What To Send Support
When emailing support@covara.ai, include:
- Your organization slug from
/{your_org_name} - The document title and policy type
- The page where the issue happened
- The action you took
- The expected result
- The actual result or error message
- For Teams issues, the approximate timestamp and time zone, organization slug, safe installation suffix/internal installation ID, request or workflow ID if displayed, and safe error code
For API issues
Include the endpoint name, request ID if you have one, job ID, webhook event, and timestamp. Do not send API secrets.
Never send secrets or message content
Do not send a Teams pairing code, Microsoft JWT or bearer token, bot secret, customer API key, message contents, or full raw Microsoft tenant, user, conversation, or activity IDs. Covara support can investigate with the safe identifiers above.
