Account Workspace

Understand the modules available inside your Covara team workspace.

After you sign in at www.covara.ai, choose a team account from the home page. Covara opens the authenticated workspace at /{your_org_name}, where {your_org_name} is your team's organization slug.

Use your workspace slug

Docs examples use /{your_org_name} so they apply to every team. If your team slug is risk-team, the dashboard path is /risk-team.

Workspace Map

The platform group is where day-to-day policy analysis happens: Dashboard, AI Assistant, Documents, Policy Genius, and Policy Comparison.

The developer group is for programmatic Covara usage: API Keys, Jobs, and Webhooks. Use it when your team is integrating Covara into another system.

The settings group covers team settings, account settings, members, and billing. Access depends on your team role and plan.

Customer success links open the survey, bug report form, or a support email to support@covara.ai.

Covara Copilot

Every team workspace includes the Covara Copilot side panel. Open it from the navigation button when you want help without leaving the current page.

Covara Copilot can use the page you are viewing, the current document IDs from the URL, and any documents you attach manually. You can pin the panel, maximize it, open previous threads, start a new chat, attach or upload policies, and open cited PDF sources from answers.

Copilot follows the workspace

If you open Copilot from a document, Policy Genius report, or comparison URL, Covara passes that page context into the chat. Attachments you choose manually take priority over page-detected documents.

Common Workflow

Upload a policy

Start from Documents or the dashboard upload button. Pick the correct policy type before uploading.

Wait until the policy is active

Covara processes the PDF, extracts structured fields, and moves the status to Active when the document is ready for reports, chat, and comparison.

Review the output

Open Policy Genius for the structured report, or open AI Assistant to ask questions about one or more attached policies.

Share or export the answer

Use report and comparison actions to create PDF or CSV exports. Billing and plan settings can affect export branding and limits.

Keep the document library clean

Use clear document titles, issuers, and years. Those fields make filtering, comparison, and AI attachment selection easier for everyone on the team.
