Team Administration

Manage team settings, account settings, members, billing, and support.

Team administration pages live in the Settings section of /{your_org_name}. What you can change depends on your team role, permissions, and plan.

Settings Pages

Team Settings at /{your_org_name}/settings lets permitted users update team account details such as name, picture, and deletion settings when team deletion is enabled.

User Settings at /{your_org_name}/user-settings opens the user's account settings inside the team workspace.

Members at /{your_org_name}/members shows current members, pending invitations, role management, and invite controls.

Billing at /{your_org_name}/billing shows the current subscription or checkout form, plus customer portal access when the user can manage billing.

Invite Members

Open Members

Go to /{your_org_name}/members.

Check plan access

Team member management can require an Agency+ subscription. If the page shows an upgrade prompt, billing must be updated first.

Click Invite Members

Users with invitation permissions can send invites and choose roles.

Review pending invitations

Pending invites appear below the members table. Users with role permissions can update or remove invitations.

Primary owner rules

The primary owner has special ownership status. Role management also respects each user's role hierarchy level.

Billing

Users with billing.manage permission can choose plans, manage subscriptions, and open the billing portal. Users without billing permissions see a warning and should contact the account owner.

After checkout, Covara can send the user through /{your_org_name}/billing/return. That return page either resumes an open embedded checkout session or shows the billing session status before sending the user back to Billing.

Billing can affect:

  • API key and webhook limits
  • Team member access
  • Policy Genius access by document type
  • Export options, branding, and watermark behavior

The Customer Success navigation includes:

Use the bug report form for reproducible product issues, and include the document title, policy type, account slug, and what you expected to happen.
